This was my first experience with having my septic tank pumped. Rocky Top Septic was here when they said and they did a real professional job pumping and putting in a riser for me. Very friendly workers and helper. I will be using them again next time I need septic pumped.

David came out to my house and provided a detailed explanation and quote. My job was scheduled quickly. David and his crew showed up on time and installed the new leech field, once the inspector and looked over the site, he immediately passed the inspection. The crew finished the backfill and cleaned the site. First rate job. I will use them again and highly recommend Rocky Top Septic.

We needed someone to take a look at a septic line issue, and David was able to come out just a few hours after we called. He diagnosed our problem, and told us what we needed to do, and could do ourselves to remedy the situation. He only charged for the service call. Very personable guy, and if we ever run into any issues in the future, I'd definitely call Rocky Top! My husband says David was one of the friendliest guys he's ever met 🙂

Rocky Top Septic recently pumped my septic tank and repaired the baffle pipe on my septic tank. They did an absolutely outstanding job! I wasn't sure how everything worked with septic tanks, and I'm still no expert, but I can 100% say that if you need a company who will get the job done well at a reasonable price and put your mind at ease, Rocky Top Septic is the best company to call.
