I have to be honest after seeing all these awesome reviews I was hesitant thinking they were fake. But now I see why his reviews are so good. This place is a life saver. I got the Flu then find out my septic tank just belched everything in it into my downstairs living room and then they announced a coming snow storm. I'm so sick I can't even speak and now this. We call this place and he comes immediately. Fixes everything for us and I'm not gonna quote his pricing on here but it was more than fair. Just for coming that quick many companies would have double or tripple charged us. I'm telling you if you got septic tank issues look no further. This is your guy. Put him in your phone book. I am certain i will be using him anytime i need septic work or anything else I can get him to do. 😁

Michelle and David the owners are absolute blessings! Today of all days, Ice Storm comes through, we have sinks and toilets backed up! We called around and found Rocky Top Septic. Michelle answered and is super sweet, heard the panic in my voice and next thing we hear is David saying he will be right out! How awesome he and his assistant are to come out and dig to find the problem! Not to mention, in downpour of ice/rain and fixed the septic! PTL🙏🏽 They are not only are professional, knowledgeable and kind, but have big hearts❤️We have them coming back to fully drain the septic when the ground isn’t frozen! HIGHLY recommend Rocky Top Septic!!! 5⭐️

Our experience with Rocky Top Septic was very good. I called late on a Wednesday afternoon and was told I could get my tank pumped the next day at 11:00. The price was discussed and that was what I paid. At 11:00, the crew showed up, located, dug to the tank, pumped it and covered everything up in less than 1.5 hours. I was very pleased with their work and they answered all the questions I had about my system as this was the first time I’ve had this done. I would recommend Rocky Top Septic to anyone that needs this service.

Pleasure doing business with these folks! Lady who handled the scheduling was very kind and helpful as was the technician that pumped our tank. Arrived on time and had the service completed in less than an hour. Highly recommend these people and won't hesitate to use them again.

David and his associates are people of such high quality that you'd want to give them your business even if you didn't have any septic system or excavation needs: warm, knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to go the extra mile (sometimes literally) for their clients. Anyone working with Rocky Top is in good hands.

Thank you for coming out today. They were scheduled to come around 2 pm. They called and asked if it was ok to come at noon. I was happy to have them come earlier. The gentlemen that came where wonderful and nice. We had a few laughs along the way during the process of pumping my spetic tank. They got the job done. They were very personable. We were not sure if we needed then to dig up cap. They brought equipment to dig it up. We were definitely they only needed to hand shovel it. I am pleased with the service.
